MEDA-FIT’s mission is to change the way people workout by helping their supernatural potential to build their body and their life through time condensed technology training. In just 20 minutes per week, our goal is to change the other 10,060 minutes in the week.
MEDA-FIT says its EMS training can help members in many ways: become pain free, burning calories, reducing cellulite, endurance, toning up and building muscle. In just a 20-minute training session, a MEDA-FIT coach help clients 1-on-1, with the direction creating more than 10X times the muscle contractions than they would experience during a old school workout. MEDA-FIT’s EMS training has a wide range of members of any fitness level.
Member don’t need to pump iron or use old school gym equipment, according to MEDA-FIT. “It’s fast, injury free and effective,” Amico says. “I know because I’ve been a client myself.”
Other members are excited about pain free and happy with their MEDA-FIT workouts. “I had a terrible back pain, 28 days of therapy did not work, now 30 minutes, which beats the one-hour daily of my therapist, but the results are even better,” says a member named Renee. Another, Mohamad, says, “I’m in crazy with the strength workouts because my legs are chicken legs". I love the efficient and very effective. I love each of the workouts and my back pain has been gone from the second week, I always do with MEDA -FIT strength sessions.”

MEDA-FIT can offered up to 4 group sessions where each member has their own adjustment of their megahertz settings. So members can workout together but they have their own customized protocol.
